Q: What carrier are you affiliated with?
A: None! CellularMD is independent and therefore we can work on phones from any carrier!
Q: Can I upgrade or change my rate plan in your store?
A: No. We are not able to do anything related to your cellular contract or rate plan.
Q: Can you look at my bill to see if I am getting the best plan possible?
A: We’d be glad to take a look for you.
Q: What if my cell phone carrier told me the damage voided the warranty?
A: We don’t bother with the warranty or care what happened to your phone. You will NEVER hear that from us!
Q: I have insurance, why should I bother with CellularMD?
A: Insurance is expensive! You pay a monthly cost of roughly $5 and there is a $50 deductible. Most repairs are under $50 – and you don’t have to wait for them to ship you a phone.
Q: What if I am in a hurry?
A: We offer FREE loaner phones. If we need to order a part or you are in a rush, we will give you a phone that you can program with YOUR NUMBER to use while yours is being repaired…Guaranteed!
Q: Can you fix anything else?
A: We can fix iPods, iPod Touches, and would be glad to look at anything else…No kitchen appliances please, we have to draw the line somewhere!
